Website design · Boutique hotels & small stays

Boutique hotel websites that sell the night, not the room.

Guests pick a small hotel for the place and the feeling, and they decide on a phone. We design and build a site that shows both, then sends them to your booking engine to book direct.

The short answer

Ascenta Studio designs, builds and hosts custom websites for boutique hotels, cabins and small stays. Without an online store it's $500 to launch and $100 a month; with an online store and checkout it's $1,500 and $300 a month. Hosting, the domain, security and monthly changes are included, and your site is live in under 48 hours once we have your material.

01The work

Live builds you can open right now.

Every build here is a concept brand we designed and built end to end, so no real company's products are used as a sample. The sites aren't mockups: they're live, and it's the same standard we ship. Open them on your phone.

02What it takes

What a small hotel site has to get right.

The place first

Aurora opens on the valley and the sky, not a room list, because that's what people are paying for. The rooms come second.

Rooms that read in seconds

Each room with its photos, size, beds and view, easy to compare on a small screen without opening five tabs.

When to come, and how

Seasons, what's on and how to get there. Aurora tells guests it's forty minutes from the airport and the lights are out two nights in three.

Book direct

A "Check dates" button on every screen that goes straight to your booking engine. A booking made on your site is one you don't share with a platform.

Fast on a phone

Most guests find you from a phone, often on the road. Light, hand-written pages open before they give up and go back to the big booking sites.

Current every season

Rates, seasonal photos, a new offer: you send them, we put them up. It's included every month.

05Questions

What founders ask first.

How much does a website for a boutique hotel cost?

$500 to launch and $100 a month. If you take payments on the site itself, it's the store price: $1,500 and $300 a month. Hosting, the domain, security, backups and monthly changes are included in both, and if you ever want to own the site outright the buyout is $6,000, published from day one.

Do you build the booking engine?

No. We connect the one you already use, so the "Check dates" button goes straight to it and your availability stays in a single calendar.

Can you update rates and photos each season?

Yes. Send them over and we put them up. Monthly changes are part of the fee, so there's nothing extra to pay.

How long until the site is live?

Under 48 hours from when we have your material: logo, product photos and anything you want said. You review the site before it's public, and it only goes live on your domain once you approve it.

Who owns the website?

Your content is always yours. If you want to own the site outright, the buyout is $6,000 at any time, the same figure from the day you start.
