Privacy Policy
Effective July 18, 2026
This policy describes how Ascenta Studio ("Ascenta", "we", "us"), a brand operated by La Factoria LLC (Delaware, USA), handles personal information. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
1. What we collect
- Contact information you send us — if you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your business.
- Business information for your website — content you provide so we can build and maintain your site.
- Basic server logs — like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
2. How we use it
- To respond to you, prepare your free concept and deliver our services.
- To bill the subscription you signed up for.
- To keep our services secure and improve them.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to operate: hosting infrastructure, payment processing (e.g. Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers) and email. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
4. Email
If we contact your business, every message identifies us, includes our postal address and contains a working way to opt out. Tell us to stop and we stop.
5. Retention
We keep client information for as long as you are a client and as long as required for tax and legal records afterwards. Prospect information we delete on request.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ascentastudio.com and we will respond promptly.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland: we process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance (delivering the services you request) and legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, keeping our services secure). You additionally have the rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because part of our team works from Spain and our infrastructure providers operate in the United States, data may be processed in both regions; we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses for such transfers.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note the new effective date here.
