Data Deletion Instructions
Effective September 9, 2026
This page explains how to ask Ascenta Studio ("Ascenta", "we", "us"), a brand operated by La Factoria LLC (Delaware, USA), to delete personal information we hold about you. It covers data we receive directly and data we receive through the Instagram and Facebook platforms.
1. What data this covers
- Messages and profile data from Instagram or Facebook — if you contacted the @ascenta.studio Instagram account, we may hold the content of that conversation, your public username and profile picture, and the timestamps of the exchange.
- Contact information you sent us — your name, email address and anything you told us about your business.
- Business content you provided so we could build or maintain a website for you.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us:
- the Instagram or Facebook username you used to contact us, or the email address you gave us, so we can locate your data;
- whether you want everything deleted, or only the data obtained through Instagram or Facebook.
You do not need an account with us and there is no form to fill in. A plain email is enough.
3. What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
- We delete the requested data within 30 days and confirm in writing when it is done.
- We may keep the minimum records the law requires us to retain (for example, invoices for tax purposes). We will tell you if this applies and what is kept.
4. Deleting the connection from Instagram's side
You can also remove our access yourself: in the Instagram app, go to Settings and activity → Apps and websites, find Ascenta, and select Remove. This stops any future data sharing. To also delete data we already hold, still send the email in section 2.
